This is a leadership role for someone who can run work independently , communicate with project managers, and keep projects on schedule. Responsibilities Run and manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish Supervise and lead field crews Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specs Coordinate materials, manpower, and schedules Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements Maintain job site safety and quality control Communicate with office staff, GCs, and inspectors Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field Qualifications Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required) 5+ years of commercial electrical experience Proven experience running jobs and leading crews Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial installations Ability to read plans and layout work Valid drivers license with clean driving record Strong leadership and communication skills Machine operator is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Medical / Dental / Vision 401k Paid time off Opportunities for advancement
