Commercial Finance Manager

About the role Distinct are working with a financial services business with significant growth ambitions to help hire a Commercial Finance Manager to sit at the centre of how it plans, performs and makes decisions. This is a proper business partnering role, you'll be challenging performance, building business cases, leading forecasting and planning cycles, and generating insight that directly influences commercial decisions. The business is in a growth phase with a clear multi-year agenda.

This role has real influence over how that plays out. What the role involves Commercial Finance partnering at senior level across the business Supporting and challenging multi-year financial planning and forecasting Building and reviewing business cases for strategic initiatives Providing insight and analysis that drives commercial recommendations Senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management What we're looking for Qualified accountant — CIMA preferred, ACA or ACCA considered 3–5 years post-qualified experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role Strong analytical capability with a track record of value creation Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Confident communicator able to simplify complex financials for non-finance audiences Why consider it £60,000 – £70,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits. Hybrid working.
