Description Role Overview Pice is looking for an experienced Collection Manager to lead and strengthen the collections function for its Supply Chain Finance portfolio, specifically Purchase Invoice Discounting. The role will focus on managing delinquent accounts, reducing DPD levels, improving collection efficiency, and building a scalable in-house and outsourced collections framework. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor DPD (Days Past Due) cases across the Supply Chain Finance portfolio.

Drive improvements in collection efficiency, recovery rates, and resolution timelines. Set up and manage an in-house collections team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Identify, onboard, and manage external collection agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Design and implement collection strategies based on customer segmentation, ticket size, and risk profile. Track and analyse collection metrics, including roll rates, bounce rates, recovery ratios, and ageing buckets. Work closely with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to address systemic issues impacting collections.

Introduce and leverage technology tools, dashboards, and analytics to enhance collection performance. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, lender policies, and internal SOPs. Handle escalations and support the resolution of complex or high-risk delinquent cases.

Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for senior management and lending partners. Required Skills & Experience 6-10 years of experience in collections, preferably in NBFCs, fintechs, or supply chain finance. Strong understanding of Purchase Invoice Discounting / SCF products.

Proven experience in handling DPD portfolios and recovery operations. Experience in setting up in-house collection teams and managing collection agencies. Working knowledge of collection tools, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards.

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Good understanding of compliance, RBI guidelines, and fair collection practices. Preferred Qualifications MBA / Postgraduate degree in Finance, Operations, or related field.

Experience working with retailers, distributors, or MSME portfolios. Exposure to digital collections and fintech-led recovery models.
