We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and business-driven Club Manager who can lead our premium facility, inspire high-performing teams, deliver exceptional member experiences, and drive sustainable business growth.

KRA:- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual membership revenue targets. Lead membership sales, renewals, personal training sales, and ancillary revenue streams. Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, referral programs, and corporate partnerships.

Monitor daily sales performance and improve lead-to-membership conversion rates. Gym Operations: Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the club. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and facility presentation.

Ensure all fitness equipment, steam & sauna, changing rooms, and member amenities are well maintained. Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and operational excellence. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead Front Desk Executives, Sales Consultants, Fitness Trainers, Housekeeping, and Support Staff.

Foster a high-performance, service-oriented culture. Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and regular coaching sessions. Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and employee engagement.

Member Experience: Deliver an exceptional luxury fitness experience for every member. Build strong relationships with members and proactively address their needs. Handle escalated member concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Create initiatives to improve member engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention. Business Performance: Achieve and exceed club KPIs, including: Membership Sales Revenue Targets Renewals Personal Training Sales Member Retention Lead Conversion Customer Satisfaction Operational Excellence MIS & Administration: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Monitor club revenue, expenses, and operational costs.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, inventory, and asset management. Share business insights and action plans with senior management. Brand Representation: Represent AFA Pushpanjali Premium Gym with professionalism and integrity.

Ensure every member interaction reflects our premium brand standards. Build long-term relationships that enhance the club's reputation and member loyalty. Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 + years of experience as a Club Manager, Gym Manager, Fitness Centre Manager, or similar leadership role. Prior experience managing premium fitness clubs, luxury gyms, wellness centres, or hospitality businesses will be an added advantage.
