Civil Engineer

Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Civil Engineer to supervise a residential building based in Kannur District. The Civil Engineer will oversee the design and implementation of the construction project, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing civil engineering designs, planning and managing construction projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring proper QA/QC implementation.

The role also entails conducting feasibility studies, preparing reports, and providing technical advice to optimize project outcomes. Qualifications Experience in managing construction activities effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering Familiarity with local building codes, regulatory frameworks, and safety standards Experience 3 - 5 years experience in similar projects.
