Civil Construction Project Manager

We’re a busy and growing *site civil construction company* looking for an experienced *Project Manager* to join our team. We're looking for someone who understands civil work inside and out and can keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish. Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below. *What We Offer* * Modern office setting * Opportunities to grow with the company * Casual work environment * Team events and a good group of people to work with * Strong focus on safety *What You’ll Do* * Manage site civil projects from kickoff through completion * Coordinate with engineers, field crews, subcontractors, and clients * Keep projects on track with schedules and day-to-day operations * Identify and solve issues before they become bigger problems * Make sure work is done safely and meets all requirements * Track costs and keep projects running within budget * Stay in touch with clients and provide regular updates * Visit job sites to check progress and quality of work *What We’re Looking For* * Solid experience in *site civil construction* (earthwork, utilities, grading, drainage, roads, etc.) * Someone who can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting * Strong communication and leadership skills * Good understanding of how work gets done in the field * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to make decisions *Required Software Experience* You should be comfortable using: * Procore * SharePoint * Microsoft Project * Excel * Sage * Bluebeam * Trimble Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Salary Range: * $85k - $125K Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Ability to commute/relocate: * Liverpool, NY 13090: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * Civil Project Manager (5 years' experience preferred) xkmhxrz Language: * English (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person If you’ve got strong civil experience and are looking for a stable company where you can make an impact, we’d like to talk.
