The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership in all institutional processes related to the planning, funding, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and leasing of the company's facilities. This role encompasses a significant amount of real estate, including buildings, grounds, a combined heat and power plant, and an extensive underground utility infrastructure.

The Chief Facilities Officer will also be involved in the design and construction of capital projects across multiple institutions within the company's system. Applicants for the Chief Facilities Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years' of experience in facilities, operations, construction, or maintenance, with a minimum of 8 years' in a supervisory or management role.
