TCS BPS is hiring for Chargeback Analyst @ TCS Chennai Kindly go through the norms below and apply only if its relevant Job Role: Chargeback Analyst Job Location: Chennai Time and Venue: 18th April 2026, 9.00 AM - 12.00 PM Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, 1/G1, SIPCOT IT Park Navalur , Siruseri, Chennai - 603103. Experience required: 1 - 4 years Candidate to Carry: Updated CV, 2 passport size photo, Photocopy of Aadhaar and EPFO service history, All education /employment documents. Job Requirement: Any Graduate with a minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).

Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Submission of all educational and employment documents is mandatory. The mode of salary credit for all previous employers should be through bank transfer. (No Cash in Hand).

Good Communication Skills (Written and Oral). Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply. Skill Requirement: 1 - 4 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of debit & credit card -fraud and non-fraud disputes & chargeback processing.

Anomaly detection in cheque fraud, online billpay, P2P payments etc. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in deadline-driven environment. Should be comfortable working in US shift timings.

Working from office for 5 days a week and on Saturday, if required basis business requirement. Looking for people who can join in 0 – 30 days.
