ABOUT US Ingenious Laboratories Ltd We are a science-led consumer health business focused on targeted, clinically supported products. Our core formulation combines low-dose collagen with supporting ingredients, delivered through a patented capsule designed to release in the small intestine for effective absorption. We operate a subscription-led DTC model alongside wholesale and international channels, with a focus on repeatable growth and disciplined execution.

We do not rely on broad claims or high-dose formulations. The approach is targeted, evidence-led and built to stand up to scrutiny. ROLE PURPOSE You run a channel and are accountable for its performance.

This includes what goes into it, what comes out of it, and how it improves over time. Not a coordination role. Not just execution.

You are expected to take ownership and make things work. Reporting directly to the CEO. www.ingeniouslife.com WHAT YOU WILL OWN Channel performance Revenue and efficiency sit with you. Targets are clear.

Delivery matters Growth execution You identify what actually moves the channel Some things will work. Some won’t. You are expected to know the difference and act on it Commercial discipline CAC, conversion, AOV, LTV as key metrics used to make decisions for sustainable growth Customer journey From first interaction through to repeat purchase you will remove friction where it matters Keeping the experience consistent with our premium brand Delivery across the business You will rely on others to execute parts of the plan, working closely with colleagues in commercial and marketing for advice and execution Performance visibility Reporting is simple and regular Issues are surfaced early You do not wait for a monthly review to react EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS You have managed a channel or something close to it You are comfortable being measured on output You are hands-on and don’t need a lot of structure around you At times things will be unclear.
