Change Manager - SAP MDM

Change Manager - SAP MDM We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with strong SAP Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to lead organizational change initiatives linked to data transformation and SAP programs. This role will be responsible for driving adoption, ensuring data governance alignment, and minimizing business disruption during SAP MDM implementations and enhancements. Duration: 6 months + extensions Start date: July Location: Fully remote in India Language: English Change Management & Transformation Lead end-to-end change management activities for SAP MDM initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies.

Develop and execute structured change management plans aligned with project timelines. Assess organizational readiness and conduct impact assessments across business units. Identify resistance points and implement mitigation strategies.

SAP MDM & Data Governance Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to support Master Data Management processes. Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance policies, standards, and data quality frameworks. Drive adoption of SAP MDM tools (e.g., SAP MDG, S/4HANA data models, or legacy MDM platforms).

Support data migration, cleansing, and harmonization activities from a change perspective. Stakeholder Management Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to align change strategies. Facilitate workshops, user training sessions, and alignment meetings.

Act as the key liaison between business and technical stakeholders. Communication & Training Develop communication plans, training materials, and user adoption strategies. Deliver targeted communications to various stakeholder groups.

Design and execute training programs for end-users and data stewards. Performance Tracking & Adoption Define KPIs and metrics to track change effectiveness and adoption rates. Monitor user adoption and provide ongoing support post-implementation.

Gather feedback and continuously improve change strategies. Required Qualifications Experience in Change Management within SAP programs. Hands-on experience with SAP MDM / SAP MDG / S/4HANA data migration.

Proven experience with formal change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR). Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data processes. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
