Onsite 4-5 days a week in Houston, TX **SUMMARY** As a Change Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change within our clients' organizations. Leveraging your expertise in change management and deep industry knowledge, you will spearhead the implementation of innovative solutions that transform how our clients operate and thrive in the evolving oil and gas landscape. **YOU WILL:*** 5+ years of experience in a strategic change management role, preferably within the oil and gas industry* Demonstrated expertise in leading successful change initiatives, from assessment to implementation* Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans* Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and devise innovative solutions* Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is preferred* Passion for driving transformative change and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service #J-18808-Ljbffr
