(Board certification required before start date) Scheduling: * Preferred scheduling and work-life balance * 40 hours per week and 45 weeks per year * One weekend shift per month * Minimal night shifts per year * No call Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans. * Safely administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum. * Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Participate in quality, safety, and workflow initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinician experience.
