* Sep-Oct 2025 Open Dates * Breakdown of practice days: At least 2 shifts per week. 24hr/2-8s, 16/3-8s, any combination to get 36hrs a week * # of beds: 600+ * Patient Volumes: 4-6 cases a day * - Flexibility with availability/shift preference: 10-hour shifts accommodated - please provide availability & shift preference upon presentation * Skills required:Thoracic, Major Vascular, Neuro, Trauma, Outpatient Surgery, PreOp, Orthopedics, Spinal Anesthesia Blocks * Additional Staff: Care Team Model * EMR: Cerner * Certifications: Must have PA license at time of submission, NBCRNA required * Credentialing: 30-60 days * EM/Temps granted (3 professional references needed) by Jobble
