About You We are looking for a dynamic Member & Independent Partner CBU Leader to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of member groups and independent partners. You should thrive in a commercial environment, be passionate about driving growth through partnerships, and excel at building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business targets.
Drive performance across member groups and independent partner networks. Identify growth opportunities based on market insights and trends. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5, fostering a highâperformance culture.
Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support individual development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Monitor sales performance and analyze data to drive decisionâmaking.
Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve results. Prepare regular updates on team performance and market developments. Work closely with crossâfunctional teams to support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Qualifications Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a sales leadership role managing multiple direct reports.
Background in commercial, distribution, or partnershipâdriven environments. Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong understanding of sales strategy and market dynamics. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive decisions. Highly organized with strong timeâmanagement skills.
