Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a Category Manager who will own the end-to-end performance of assigned product categories. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and execution excellence across product, pricing, inventory, and growth. Key Responsibilities: 1.
Category Strategy & Growth β Own P&L for the category and drive revenue, margins, and growth β Define category roadmap, assortment mix, and expansion opportunities β Identify trends, gaps, and new product opportunities 2. Product & Merchandising β Work closely with product/design teams on new launches and improvements β Manage product lifecycle, pricing, and positioning β Ensure strong product listings and content across platforms 3. Demand Planning & Inventory β Forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels β Work with supply chain to avoid stockouts or overstocking β Monitor sell-through and take corrective actions 4.
Performance & Analytics β Track key metrics (sales, conversion, AOV, margins, etc.) β Derive insights and take data-backed decisions to improve performance 5.
