Join Capital Power as a Talent Programs Partner, where you'll enhance talent attraction and development. This hybrid position supports program execution and employee lifecycle improvement. We're looking for a proactive Talent Programs Partner to join our People & Culture team at Capital Power.
You will utilize your 4-7 years of experience in talent programs and facilitation to provide a high-quality experience for all stakeholders. Your role will also include supporting talent acquisition and onboarding efforts to enhance new hire experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and deliver talent and learning programs • Facilitate engaging training sessions for leaders • Manage and improve employee learning platforms • Oversee talent review and performance enablement processes • Track participation and insights for program effectiveness Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar • 4-7 years of People & Culture experience • Skilled in facilitating training for various audiences • Experience with employee experience tools and HR systems • Excellent communication and organizational skills Contribute to Capital Power’s mission by developing talent programs that empower employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
