Working directly with our leadership team, you'll take ownership across: ✨ Marketing & Brand LinkedIn and social media content Brand collateral and presentations Website management (WordPress) Canva and Figma design Sales Enablement & Recruitment Support Client pitch decks and proposals Candidate packs and marketing materials Business development campaigns Creative advertising content ⚙️ Business Operations Supporting key business initiatives and projects Building processes and infrastructure to support growth Marketing analytics, SEO and website performance tracking Executive support to the leadership team Events Client networking events Internal all-hands meetings and team socials Offsites, travel coordination and company events We're looking for someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial impact - someone who can create compelling content, support business growth, and help build a scalable operation behind the scenes. £45,000–£50,000
