We're looking for enthusiastic Business Development Managers with 3β5 years in Business Development (Advertising/Digital Marketing/IT domain) Looking for immediate joiners. Role and Responsibilities Proven working experience in business development or sales for an Advertising / Digital / IT company. Understand clientβs advertising objectives and define effective digital and creative communication strategies. Prepare and present customized marketing proposals and pitch presentations to big-ticket clients. Manage sales process and day-to-day client relationships through conference calls, emails, and meetings. Proficiency in preparing business documentation such as proposals, quotations, and reports.. Work closely with creative, production, and digital teams for seamless project execution. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently Requirements MBA / BBA or any equivalent degree in Sales or Marketing. 3β5 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in advertising, digital marketing, or IT domain. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with enthusiasm for branding and marketing strategy. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Should have a strong sales track record and target hits Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
