Senior New Business Sales Executive (Field-Based) – IT Services / Digital - Sheffield We are partnering with a high-growth, award-winning technology services organisation delivering end-to-end IT solutions, digital transformation, and managed services to enterprise and mid-market clients across Ireland and the UK. The business operates across areas including: Cybersecurity & networking managed IT services Digital workplace & Microsoft solutions Strategic IT consulting & transformation Following continued growth, they are now hiring two high-calibre new business sales professionals to drive expansion in both Ireland and the UK. The Role This is a pure new business / hunter role .

You will be responsible for: Identifying, targeting, and winning new clients across enterprise and mid-market sectors Building a strong pipeline through proactive outbound activity (networking, referrals, events, strategic targeting) Engaging with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, IT Directors, Procurement) Leading consultative sales cycles across complex IT / digital solutions Working closely with technical and pre-sales teams to shape tailored client solutions Managing the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to close What You’ll Be Selling A broad portfolio of high-value services including: Managed IT & support services Cloud transformation & hybrid infrastructure Cybersecurity & compliance solutions IT strategy & digital transformation programmes Proven track record in new business sales (hunter mentality) Experience selling: IT services / managed services / cloud / SaaS / consulting Strong ability to open doors and build pipeline from scratch Experience dealing with senior decision-makers (C-suite / IT leadership) Commercially driven with a clear focus on revenue growth ➕ Highly Desirable Background in: Managed services Digital transformation / consulting Experience in long, consultative sales cycles Strong network within UK enterprise markets What’s on Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Clear, achievable earnings potential Opportunity to join a scaling, well-established tech business High-value, solution-led sales (not transactional) Strong internal support (pre-sales, delivery, technical teams) Career progression as the business continues to grow #J-18808-Ljbffr
