Job Title: Business Development Manager – Recruitment (Permanent Hiring) Delhi Experience: 4–7 years (Recruitment Industry – Mandatory) CTC: Fixed + High Performance Incentives Important: This role is ONLY for candidates with experience in the recruitment industry (permanent hiring + client acquisition). This is a frontline revenue role where you: Bring in new clients Close hiring mandates Drive business growth If you enjoy selling hiring solutions, building relationships, and owning revenue , this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing Acquire new clients for permanent hiring mandates Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Pitch Think People’s recruitment solutions to CXOs, founders, and HR leaders Convert leads into long-term hiring partnerships Own the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → closing) Work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality fulfillment Drive monthly/quarterly revenue targets Who You Are 4–7 years in the recruitment industry (mandatory) Proven experience in business development / client acquisition Strong understanding of permanent hiring You have closed mandates , not just supported them Existing network with HRs / founders is a strong advantage Strong communicator with high ownership mindset Comfortable working in a target-driven environment What You Get High ownership role with direct access to leadership Opportunity to work with top-tier clients across industries Strong incentive structure linked to revenue Fast-growth environment with real career upside Why This Role Matters At Think People, sales is not support — it is the engine of growth.
