About the Role PDRTeam, Inc. is seeking a highperforming Business Development Manager to drive national growth within the automotive hailrepair industry. This role is fully remote, supported by our Lewisville, Texas home office for training, collaboration, and team meetings.

The ideal candidate understands the insurance claims process, has experience selling to insurance claims personnel, has engaged with catastrophe (CAT) adjusters, and excels at presenting technology and customerexperience solutions. The position requires frequent nationwide travel during hail events and professional, onsite onboarding of new clients. Key Responsibilities InsuranceFocused Business Development Sell PDRTeams solutions to insurance claims personnel (adjusters, supervisors, claims managers).

Build and maintain relationships with catastrophe (CAT) adjusters and field teams. Secure contracts with insurance carriers, MSOs, dealerships, and independent body shops. Present PDRTeams technology platform, customerexperience differentiators, and workflow efficiencies.

Clearly communicate ROI, cycletime reductions, and operational performance benefits. Insurance Claims Process Expertise Guide clients and policyholders through the haildamage claims process from FNOL to completed repair. Coordinate with adjusters regarding supplements, documentation, and approvals.

Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to carrier standards. B2C Field Sales & Event Support Generate leads during hail deployments through canvassing and field outreach. Educate leads on repair workflows and digital intake options.

Provide client onboarding at active hail events, ensuring smooth intake and expectation clarity. Track all lead flow and client activity using HCP software. Repair Operations & OnSite Support Oversee repair operations at drivein centers and partner shops during deployments.

Ensure repair quality, operational efficiency, and toptier client experience. Maintain communication between clients, technicians, and insurance teams. Deliver inperson onboarding and support for new partners during hail events.

Work Environment Fully remote when not traveling Access to DFW (Lewisville) home office for collaboration and training Frequent nationwide travel during hail season Highautonomy, performancedriven role Compensation Base Salary Competitive fulltime salary: $80,000 $100,000, based on experience and performance capabilities.
