Business Development & Sales: · Drive business by developing Open Access, Group Captive, IPP, other Solar Projects. · Convert industrial consumers for captive, open access, and utility scale solar solutions. · Leverage personal and professional networks for building pipeline and achieve targets. · Handle end to end business development from lead generation to project closure. · Identify industrial clusters, anchor consumers, and captive power opportunities. 2. Client Engagement & Internal Coordination: · Understand customer requirements and propose customized solar power solutions. · Conduct visits and technical discussions with clients, regulators, and execution teams. · Prepare energy analysis, and project estimates aligned with client requirements. · Initiate negotiations on PPAs, shareholder agreements, and commercial terms. · Coordinate with financers, legal teams, and execution teams for project completion. · Ensure smooth handover of projects to execution teams for timely commissioning. 3.
Market & Relationship Management: · Maintain relationships with industrialists, developers, landowners, decision makers. · Coordinate with regulators, DISCOMs, and government authorities for approvals. · Track market, power regulations, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. · Develop project pipeline and investor relationships for Open Access and IPP business. · Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business forums. · Must be willing to travel Pan India extensively to meet clients, assess project sites. Requirements · Min 2-7 yrs exp. Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred). · Proven experience in acquiring industrial and commercial energy customers. · Network with industrial clients, developers, investors, and EPC ecosystem partners. · Understanding of project feasibility, commercial structuring, and utility scale. · Strong negotiation and presentation skills with Proficiency in MS Office and CRM. · Self-driven, target oriented, and able to work independently.
