About the Role The Business Development Manager drives CAMโs revenue expansion across multifamily, HOA, commercial, office, industrial, and retail clients. This role owns the full sales cycle โ prospecting, qualifying, estimating, proposing, closing, and onboarding.
Responsibilities Build and manage a pipeline across target asset class(s) Attend industry events (ICSC, BOMA, Apartment Associations, IFMA, et al) Conduct site walks and generate accurate, profitable proposals Partner with operations to improve onboarding Manage Aspire CRM pipeline and reporting Success Measures Portfolio expansion across existing clients and targeted prospects Compensation $4,000 per month (non-exempt, hourly training rate) $2,500 bonus awarded upon successful completion of training period Base Salary (negotiated post-training): $70,000-$90,000 per year + Uncapped commissions About CAM CAM is committed to hiring and developing talented leaders who can operate at a higher level of ownership, accountability and strategic impact so we can scale to $50M.
