This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills who is eager to progress into a more advanced sales role in the future Business Development Executive Permanent Salary dependent on experience Working hours - 07:45 – 16:45 Gloucester OR Leicestershire Business Development Executive Job Description β€’ Proactively follow up on quotations using the CRM system to maximise conversion rates. β€’ Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls to existing, new, and lapsed customers. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders. β€’ Accurately maintain and update CRM data, tracking project progress and opportunities. β€’ Provide technical support and coordinate CPD bookings to support customer engagement.

Business Development Executive Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications β€’ Highly motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales. β€’ Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels. β€’ Confident in making outbound telesales calls and handling customer interactions. β€’ Well organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. β€’ Good IT skills, with experience using CRM systems is essential.
