Position: Business Development Consultant Type: Full-time · In-office Experience: 2–5 years Language: Hindi + English About Us Boutique management consultancy for Indian MSME founders Service: Business Process Audit + Solution Implementation (monthly retainer) 100+ companies transformed across manufacturing & trading What You'll Own Qualify & nurture inbound leads from our funnel Cold outreach via LinkedIn, email & WhatsApp Run discovery calls with MSME founders Present proposals and close deals end-to-end Collect advance payments & hand off to the delivery team Build and activate a referral pipeline You Are 2–5 years in B2B or consultative sales Comfortable selling ₹45k–₹1.5L/month retainers to founders Fluent in Hindi & English (spoken conversations, not just written) Target-driven Disciplined with CRM (we use Notion) Someone who listens and diagnoses before pitching Compensation Fixed + Incentive
