Business Analyst

Business Analyst – Insurance Transformation Rate: £350/day (Outside IR35) Duration: 6 months Location: Mostly remote (occasional ad-hoc travel to office) We’re partnering with a forward-thinking insurance client who are seeking a high-impact Business Analyst to support key transformation initiatives. This role will focus on driving process improvement and automation across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders to analyse, map, and optimise end-to-end business processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver detailed process mapping across core business areas ( must-have ) Support automation and wider transformation initiatives Engage with senior stakeholders to gather, challenge, and translate requirements into clear, actionable outcomes Identify inefficiencies and drive measurable improvements in business processes What We’re Looking For: Strong, hands-on experience in process mapping ( essential ) Proven background supporting automation and/or transformation programmes Experience within insurance or wider financial services Confident stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills Proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys getting into the detail, improving how things work, and delivering tangible impact in a fast-moving environment.
