Business Analyst

Business Analyst – Contract (Inside IR35) Location : Birmingham (3 days onsite) Rate : £400–£450 per day We’re supporting a major transformation programme within a global organisation and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team. You’ll play a key role in analysing business needs, engaging stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of new systems and process improvements. This is a hands-on role working across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to implementation.

Key responsibilities : Gather, define, and document business and user requirements Facilitate workshops and work closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams Produce user stories, functional specifications, and process maps (as-is / to-be) Support delivery teams through development, testing, and implementation Contribute to process improvement and solution design Key experience : Proven experience as a Business Analyst within change or transformation programmes Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced programme, ideal for someone comfortable working in evolving environments.
