At least 7 years of experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and defining requirements. At least 7 years of experience in creating Use Cases and/or User Stories using iterative and/or Agile methodology At least 6 years of experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and defining requirements for developing software applications At least 6 years of experience in the system development lifecycle, DBMS concepts and/or design techniques At least 6 years of experience in formulating work plans and drafting specifications for developers Experience with 508 compliance graphic design Experience with Object Oriented Analysis Design techniques or experience using OO tools
