Job Title: Business Analyst (ETRM/Risk) Location-Type: Onsite/Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: 12-month contract-to-hire Compensation Range: $55/hr - $65/hr Job Description: Seeking a mid-level Business Analyst with energy trading and risk management experience to support ETRM systems, reporting, and cross-functional business processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Support ETRM configuration changes and enhancements Generate and validate position and commercial reporting Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications Partner with QA to develop and execute test plans Support user acceptance testing and obtain stakeholder sign-off Assist with deployment planning and execution Collaborate with front, middle, and back-office teams on initiatives Upload forward curves and extract market data from ETRM systems Conduct business process mapping and analysis Requirements: Must-Haves: 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in energy trading or risk management Hands-on experience with ETRM systems (e.g., Quoreka/EKA or similar) Strong understanding of middle office functions (some front office exposure) Experience with electricity, natural gas, capacity, or REC markets Ability to gather requirements, write functional specs, and support UAT Strong communication skills working with senior stakeholders Nice-to-Haves: Experience implementing or enhancing ETRM platforms Background in reporting and data analysis within trading environments Exposure to QA/testing methodologies Project coordination or light PM experience Benefits: This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan.
