Business Analyst

Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Business Analyst II in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities: * Analyzes business data and systems to support sustainability and supplier decarbonization initiatives * Designs and executes segmentation analyses to prioritize stakeholder engagement based on performance metrics and strategic impact * Owns preparation of performance reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews, building and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time visibility into program KPIs * Leads data validation efforts to ensure accuracy of reported metrics * Investigates opportunities to scale operations through AI and automation* Bachelor's degree in related field and 4+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics, with proven experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements * Analytic experience * Excel proficient * Experience with SQL/Salesforce * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights * Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and BI platforms (Salesforce, QuickSight) preferred * Experience with relevant sustainability concepts preferred
