Business Analyst II The business analyst must be able to clearly communicate (verbally and in writing) with a variety of stakeholders as job duties include working directly with public health program staff on a daily basis. Additional job duties include planning, monitoring, and reporting on program engagement and progress towards meeting the goals of a fully documented metadata library. Attention to detail and ability to keep up with and distinguish between a variety of program areas will be critical in this fast-paced project.

The business analyst must be self-motivating with strong initiative and work ethic. Experience in documenting business and technical metadata and working with public health data is preferred. II.

Years Required/Preferred Experience 4 Required Experience in data governance or data management or in a related area as a business analyst 4 Required Experience working directly with program/business staff to implement a technical solution 4 Required Experience engaging with and preparing verbal and written communications and presentations for non-technical staff 4 Required Experience guiding stakeholders in managing change related to technology and business processes 4 Required Experience working with cross-functional teams 2 Preferred Experience documenting business and technical metadata 2 Preferred Experience with Informatica data governance tool (Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog, and/or Informatica Data Quality) 2 Preferred Experience working with public health program areas or data assets
