Drive process improvement in Health Shared Services as a Business Analyst focused on Digital Health project management. This role emphasizes stakeholder management and organizational change within a remote-friendly environment. As part of the Digital Health Resource Management Office, support operational delivery and governance for resource visibility and capacity planning.
You will facilitate communication among stakeholders, analyze business processes, and enhance strategies to adopt effective tools. This position is pivotal in helping teams embrace new methodologies while maintaining clarity and documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Liaise with stakeholders to assess business needs and pain points • Document and translate business requirements into actionable insights • Support organizational change management through training and communication • Analyze current and future processes, producing clear documentation • Recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency Requirements: • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 years in business analysis or change management • Experience with PPM tools, preferred certifications a plus • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to identify process gaps and develop enhancements Utilize your analytical and change management skills to influence improvement within Digital Health operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
