Role: Business Analyst / Consultant / Techno-Functional Consultant in CRM Domain Tools & Technologies: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Power Platform: Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps Administrator Level Access on Dataverse Skills & Knowledge: CRM Expertise: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) Understanding of basic CRM Sales modules, best practices, and functionality Dynamics 365, PowerApps & Power Platform: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales Proficiency in leveraging advanced features such as Power BI for analytics Customization and configuration: creating and editing views, fields, charts, entities, dashboards, workflows, processes, security roles, and reports Continuous system improvement: keeping the system up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities Solution-Oriented Mindset: Ability to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives Analytical prowess to troubleshoot and solve complex issues within Dynamics 365 Future Scope: Copilot Dynamics 365 Plugin for Outlook Integration GenAI Basics: Sales Navigator & Next Action Suggestions Integration Perspective: Build and manage solutions & feature flagging Dependent data model Azure API Services (WebJob, Queue, Subscriptions) Certification: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate (MB-210) Level: Intermediate Product: Dynamics 365 Renewal Frequency: 12 months Industry Exposure: CRM and its market applications Shipping and/or Logistic industries Additional Skills: Workshop management and team building Agile experience User story writing/management Customer-centric mindset Responsibilities: Manage requirement gathering process by meeting with stakeholders to define business and functional requirements Work with Solution Architects and Developers to outline high-level and low-level solution designs Collaborate with the Product Owner to contribute to the Product Vision Own the Product Backlog and ensure requirements are documented correctly in User Stories Support the Development Team daily by providing specifications or descriptions of the User Stories Manage the dependencies of the Product Backlog with other Products
