Business Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong product and delivery experience to support cross-functional technology initiatives across multiple business units. This role operates across product management, business analysis, and agile delivery, focusing on designing and implementing solutions within the commercial lending domain. Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and ready for sprint execution. Facilitate agile ceremonies, address development queries, and remove delivery blockers. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and opportunities.

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and gap analysis. Design end-to-end solutions across the commercial lending lifecycle. Support system implementations and transformation initiatives within lending platforms.

Develop UI mockups, screen flows, and functional documentation for front-end solutions. Collaborate with QA and business teams to support testing activities including QA and UAT. Work with technology teams on system design, configuration, and data integrations (APIs, enterprise platforms, data feeds).

Support workflow automation and performance optimization initiatives. Ensure alignment with control, risk, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in financial services.

Strong experience in commercial lending or corporate banking domains. Experience in credit risk and loan operations. Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Project Manager delivering transformation initiatives.

Hands-on experience with loan origination systems (LOS), loan servicing platforms, collateral management, or credit risk tools. Strong understanding of the end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle, including underwriting, approval workflows, booking, funding, servicing, and regulatory reporting. Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives. Experience with UI/UX documentation and workflow design.

Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API-based architectures.
