Writing clear, effective job specs and ensuring requirements deliver real business value Creating test scripts and owning QA/UAT processes Investigating and triaging bugs, ensuring the right action is taken Managing workflows and tickets through Jira Collaborating with third-party partners and tools (e.g. search platforms) Identifying opportunities to improve UX, performance, and profitability Streamlining internal systems and processes Supporting project delivery and documentation Extra information: No sponsorship is being offered for this role unfortunately.
