Role: BA Contract duration: 6 months (possible extension) Hybrid in Calgary: 2‑3 days a week onsite Hours per week: 40 Main Deliverables Current‑state and future‑state business process maps for hotel vendor integration Centralized process repository aligned to new operating model Business requirements translated into process‑driven technical designs UAT documentation enabling process validation and test case development Technical Stack Process modeling: Microsoft Visio (BPMN / workflow diagrams) Documentation: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Project tracking: Microsoft Project Methodologies: Agile (Scrum), Waterfall Testing: UAT coordination, QA documentation Integration exposure: enterprise systems, vendor platforms, APIs Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on business process analysis and optimization Robust expertise in end‑to‑end process mapping (current state / future state), process re‑engineering, and workflow design Proven experience translating business processes into system and technical requirements (BRDs, functional specs) Demonstrated experience in Change Management related to process transformation and adoption Hands‑on experience supporting system integration projects impacting business workflows Experience working in Agile environments alongside development teams Proficiency with Visio and process documentation tools Experience supporting UAT with process‑driven test scenarios and validation Ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders and process dependencies Nice to have: IIBA / CAPM certification, Airline/Travel domain experience Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business processes across multiple functional areas Lead workshops to define current‑state workflows and identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and dependencies Design and document future‑state processes aligned to new hotel vendor integration and operating model Translate process flows into structured business and technical requirements Build and maintain a process repository ensuring consistency, traceability, and governance Partner with stakeholders and vendors to align system functionality with business processes Support change management activities tied to process transformation (adoption, readiness, transition) Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure process‑driven solution delivery Support testing cycles (UAT) ensuring solutions meet defined business process outcomes Track risks, issues, and blockers impacting process implementation and execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
