Business Analyst – AI & Enterprise Solutions Job Location- Kochi, Kerala(on-site) (Requires up to 30–40% travel to client sites in the UAE and Saudi Arabia for workshops, requirement gathering, and solution presentations.) Role: Business Analyst to bridge business needs and AI/ERP solutions, mainly in procurement and supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements Analyze procurement (P2P) processes and identify improvements Work with technical teams on AI/automation solutions Create functional specs, process flows, and support testing Interact with clients and conduct workshops Mandatory Key Skills: 4–7 years as a Business Analyst Strong experience in ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion or SAP/others) Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes Experience in requirements gathering & documentation Strong stakeholder communication skills
