Description: Business Analyst - Infrastructure Team Project Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Azure DevOps, with strong capabilities in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.

Contractor's Role: This role demands exceptional problem-solving skills and proficiency in documentation to effectively capture and develop project details from initial requests. Experience Level: Mid Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an infrastructure or IT environment. - Proficient in Azure DevOps, Power BI, SNOW and Confluence and reporting in that skill - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to apply them in project management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy. Nice to Haves: - Previous FS experience Tasks & Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring clear understanding and documentation. - Analyze and prioritize requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications. - Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, documentation, and management, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of infrastructure projects. - Apply Agile methodologies to streamline project delivery, adapting processes to meet project timelines and deliverables. - Conduct detailed problem-solving to address and resolve project hurdles, employing innovative solutions to meet business objectives. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, process diagrams, and user guides. - Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress. - Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to processes and systems to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
