Title: Business Analyst 1 Pay: $34.66/hour-$36.00/hour Duration 6 Months Hours: Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Beaverton, OR 97005 – Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote) Overview Support materials sourcing and planning teams by delivering data-driven insights, building dashboards, and maintaining analytics workflows. This role focuses on translating data into actionable business decisions while supporting supply chain operations and process improvements. Job Description Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs, trends, and performance metrics Query, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL Maintain and optimize pre-built Alteryx workflows for data processing and automation Support development of new reporting tools and analytics solutions Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, and technology Assist with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives Support a core team while contributing to a broader organization of 40–50 stakeholders Participate in 1–2 rounds of interviews for selection Required Skills 1–2 years of experience in an analyst or data-focused role Strong Tableau experience (data visualization and dashboard creation) SQL proficiency (querying and basic data manipulation) Ability to communicate insights and tell a clear story through data Experience working with data workflows or analytics tools (Alteryx preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Experience with Cursor or similar AI-assisted development tools Supply chain, materials planning, or sourcing experience Exposure to Databricks or workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) Familiarity with Python for data analysis Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Additional Details Approx. 6-month contract (extension possible, not guaranteed) Standard 40-hour workweek (occasional late meetings possible) Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Benefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
