DA Rake Luxez aims to become a globally recognized Indian perfume house by creating fragrances that feel like part of a person’s identity, not just an accessory, and that people remember, talk about, and make their own. Role Description This is a full-time Brand Manager role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home days. The Brand Manager will develop and execute brand strategies that position DA Rake Luxez as a leading modern fragrance brand, including defining brand narrative, visual identity, and key messaging across channels.
They will lead campaign planning and execution for new launches and hero products, partnering with creative, product, and external agencies to deliver cohesive storytelling across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints. The role includes analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine brand positioning and identify growth opportunities, as well as tracking and reporting on brand and campaign performance metrics. The Brand Manager will also oversee content and asset creation, manage budgets and timelines, support community-building initiatives, and collaborate with sales and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand experience across all customer journeys.
Qualifications Brand and marketing strategy skills, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and go-to-market execution. Experience with digital marketing, social media, and influencer or creator collaborations in consumer or lifestyle categories. Strength in market research, consumer insight generation, and competitive analysis to drive data-informed decisions.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and timelines. Strong creative sensibility and storytelling ability, with experience shaping visual and verbal brand identity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and operate with ownership and accountability. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or luxury is an advantage. Comfort with basic marketing analytics and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, or CRM platforms.
