Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead and optimize the performance of one of our key branches. This role is responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of all branch functions, ensuring alignment with company goals for operational excellence and profitability. The manager will lead a team that includes sales, operations, and technical service professionals, focusing on customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and team development.

The ideal candidate will foster a high-performing culture and maintain accountability for key business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management: Provide clear direction to a diverse team of supervisors, technical staff, and sales personnel. Coach and hold team leaders accountable for performance, safety, and operational goals.

Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of the branch's budget and P&L, including revenue, direct costs, and expenses. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership. Customer & Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business growth and client expansion.

Oversee the customer retention process, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through timely issue resolution and quality service delivery. Operations & Inventory: Lead operational meetings, maintain compliance with service standards, and manage branch inventory for materials, supplies, and equipment. Human Resources & Culture: Partner with HR to proactively manage recruiting, hiring, and employee relations.

Foster a positive, values-driven culture through mentorship, regular reviews, and professional development. Qualifications Minimum 3 years in a management role, with a focus on operational leadership. Proven experience in managing a team with diverse functions and skill sets.

Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze P&L statements, and drive profitability. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
