Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bookings Coordinator located in Central London. The Bookings Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the safe, ethical, and effective management and coordination of clinical staff bookings and placements within hospitals, community and overseas.

Ensuring the accurate management of long-term, short-term, urgent and complex bookings while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This role requires high integrity, sound judgement, and strong listening skills , as decisions made daily directly impact patient safety, clinical outcomes, staff wellbeing, and client trust. The postholder must be able to understand complex needs , resolve problems calmly under pressure, think quickly, act honestly and responsibly at all times.

The role works closely with the Compliance, Recruitment and the Clinical lead ensuring bookings support safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Bookings & Placements Compliance Interface (Non-sign off role) Clinical & Operational Collaboration Clinic Appointment & Diary coordination Client & Staff communication Medical Flight & Travel Coordination Administration & Record Keeping On-call & Out-of-hours support (where applicable) Problem solving and active listening Essential Skills & Experience Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and ethical judgement. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think clearly under pressure.

Excellent listening skills and the ability to interpret complex or sensitive information. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written).

High attention to detail and accuracy. Confidence to challenge, pause, or escalate when something do not feel right. Experience in healthcare bookings, coordination, or staffing.

Understanding of healthcare compliance and safeguarding principles. Experience working in fast-paced, service-critical environments
