Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Remote / Hybrid) at Prompt Recruiting Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work remotely or on a hybrid schedule in Phoenix, AZ. This role supports individuals with disabilities across multiple settings. Responsibilities Oversee a caseload of 5‑6 clients across group homes, schools, and centers.

Manage and train registered behavior technicians (RBTs). Conduct assessments and supervise treatment plan implementation. Provide parent coaching and collaborate with other disciplines, including speech and occupational therapy.

Utilize ABLS, AFOLS, and VB‑Mapp as preferred tools. Qualifications BCBA or BCBA‑D credential. New BCBAs encouraged to apply.

Licensed in Arizona. Position Highlights Remote: all administrative work can be done from home. Premier ABA Provider located in Phoenix.

Compensation $90‑100K salary. Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)). Robust PTO package.
