Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Id: 30613 # of Openings: 1 Compensation and Benefits Total Compensation Package: $86,500 - $122,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses for impact.

Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Career Growth & Leadership Progression path: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Sr. Clinical Director → Group Clinical Director → Regional Clinical Director.

Training & Development: Participate in Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr.
