Essential Duties and Responsibilities Integrate BMC products with each other and third‑party applications.

Customize the application beyond the out‑of‑the‑box configuration. Deliver technical presentations to support technical tasks and communicate solutions (e.g., WebEx, conference calls). Participate in requirements gathering, document, and implement technical, configuration or customizations to meet requirements.

Maintain detailed understanding of Remedy foundation data for proper implementation and day‑to‑day operations. Implement best business practices for IT operations, Business Service Management and foundational ITIL. Define, write, and deliver specifications, user guides, and architecture and methodology as appropriate to meet project deadlines.

Program, test, document, and implement systems and/or software and validate efficacy before release to production. Analyze routine to moderately complex work and customer problems, issues, and circumstances, and provide recommendations, alternatives, and risk assessments. Have knowledge of AF RMF and provide system remediation artifacts to support AF Authority to Operate.

Articulate best‑practice solutions and streamline system application and architecture as EITSM migrates to new versions. Compensation This position will pay $137,000 to $182,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and related certifications. Education and Experience 15 years of BMC consulting and IT service management.

ITSM certifications such as BMC Certified Professional or BMC Certified Associate, ITIL v3 Foundations, BMC Remedy IT Service Management 7.x Advanced Solutions for Incident and Problem Management or higher, BMC Remedy IT Service Management 7.x Advanced Solutions for Asset Management and Discovery or higher. SolarWinds SME who can work with all modules of SolarWinds. Other Position Requirements Proof of U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency.
