Kindly apply through this link- form Job Title: Manager – Accounts Receivable (Billing) Department: Billing / AR (US Healthcare Staffing) Location: Noida (Onsite) Shift: US Shift (5 Days Working) About the Role We are looking for an experienced professional to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and client billing operations within a healthcare staffing environment. The role focuses on collections, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and improving cash flow, while ensuring accurate invoicing aligned with client contracts. The candidate will also lead a team and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, including invoicing, collections, and cash application Drive collections and follow-ups to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow Monitor aging reports (AR aging) and take proactive actions to minimize overdue balances Act as the primary point of contact for client billing and payment-related queries Resolve client disputes, short payments, and discrepancies in a timely manner Reconcile client accounts, invoices, and payments to ensure accuracy Work closely with billing team to ensure error-free invoicing and minimize disputes Track and report key AR metrics such as DSO, aging buckets, and collection efficiency Handle MSP/VMS portals (Fieldglass, Beeline) for invoice tracking and payment updates Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, payroll, finance) for issue resolution Ensure adherence to SLAs, client contracts, and internal controls Drive process improvements to enhance collections and reduce revenue leakage Lead and manage AR/billing team, including task allocation, performance tracking, and mentoring Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5–8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash / Healthcare Staffing Strong experience in collections, AR aging, and client reconciliation Familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) Good understanding of billing processes and contract-based invoicing Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience in team handling and stakeholder management Strong communication skills for client interactions Preferred Skills Experience with US healthcare staffing clients Prior team management experience (2–5 team members preferred) Understanding of payroll and billing integration in staffing
