The Opportunity We are looking for a bilingual Sales Manager โ someone who is equal parts leader, builder, and road warrior โ to take ownership of our 8-person sales team and help us grow to the next level. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a desk.
You will be in the field, behind your reps, strengthening every customer relationship across all 12 states we serve. You will also be responsible for hiring new reps and opening brand new routes as we expand our footprint. What You'll Own ๏ธ Field & Customer Coverage Follow up on every account after each rep's visit โ reinforce the relationship, solve problems, and find growth the rep may have missed Travel across all 12 states to visit key accounts and support reps in the field Be the face of KOS Distribution at the management level with our customers Team Building & Expansion Recruit, hire, and develop new sales reps as we grow Identify and open new delivery routes in new cities and states Help new reps become producers fast โ your commission depends on it Leadership & Culture Lead 8 sales reps with accountability, energy, and genuine care Build a family-first team culture where people feel valued and motivated Keep morale high during slow weeks and momentum strong during good ones Be the honest link between the team and ownership Reporting & Accountability Submit a daily activity report โ visits, wins, issues, customer feedback Submit a weekly performance report โ GP vs. target, rep performance, growth opportunities Know the numbers cold at all times โ no surprises, no excuses
