Job Description

We are seeking a strong, dependable Back of House Manager to lead kitchen operations, maintain food quality, and keep the team running efficiently in a high-volume environment. This role is responsible for managing cooks and prep staff, ensuring cleanliness and food safety, controlling inventory, and delivering fast, consistent ticket times.
