Back End Developer

Our goal is to leverage advanced solutions for better clinical outcomes in healthcare. Role Description This is a contract-based, remote Back End Developer role. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain back-end services, APIs, and integrations to power the Path-iQ platform.

Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing scalable software solutions, troubleshooting and debugging backend systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality. You will work closely with data and front-end teams to deliver optimized and efficient solutions that support Path-iQ’s digital pathology mission. Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Familiarity with Front-End Development to support seamless integration Experience in Programming using modern languages and frameworks Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment Experience with cloud-based platforms and scalable architectures is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
