Job Description Job Description Automotive Sales Manager New Holland Auto Group is growing - and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our leadership team! Representing some of the industry's top brands including Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Toyota, we are searching for a motivated leader who knows how to drive results, inspire a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team Desk deals and help maximize dealership profitability Monitor and improve sales performance and processes Work closely with inventory management and merchandising Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process Assist with training and coaching sales consultants Maintain strong relationships with customers and team members Help achieve monthly and annual sales objectives Requirements: Previous automotive sales management experience required Ford and/or CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to drive sales performance and team success Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus Professional appearance and positive attitude Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits: Company Issued Uniforms Energetic Work Environment Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401K with Company Match Paid Time Off Advancement within the Department and/or Company Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Employee Service Discount Program *In order to qualify for employment All applicants must pass pre-employment testing which includes: Background Checks, MVR, and Drug Testing.
